Terms and Conditions

  1. The service provider is committed to providing the latest updated version of the "Rasid Jack" application to send and receive payments using bank cards.

  2. Rasid payments provides the ability to receive payments from cardholders in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Payments Network "Mada" using the application regarding to goods or services legally sold through its points of sale.

  3. Rasid Payments Provides the merchant with sales invoices, total invoice and credit receipts via the application or by scanning the QR code.

  4. Rasid Payments is fully committed to the proper implementation of the payment process.

  5. Rasid payments has the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend a merchant's account if the information recorded when the merchant joined the service is found to be inaccurate, or if there is activity in the account that shows fraud, excessive levels of chargebacks, or as a result of a risk review.

  6. Rasid payments provide to the Merchant for the Settlement Service in the Merchant's Account via the App in the Merchant's Account less any deductions as provided in this Agreement.

  7. Rasid payments verifies on a monthly basis all data and payment activities in the merchant's commercial account (Know Your Customer), and the payments due to him in the merchant's bank payment account.

  8. Rasid Payments is committed to notifying the merchant about any fees required for using the application before creating a payment transaction.

  9. Rasid has the right to reject payment orders in specific cases, including if the payment process constitutes a violation of any of the payments service provider's obligations under the rules and regulations.

  10. Rasid Payments Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the merchant, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of the merchant's breach or violation of these terms and conditions.

  11. Rasid Payments is committed to returning the amount of the unexecuted or defective payment transaction to the payer and restoring the debit payment account to the state it would have been in had the defective payment transaction not been executed.

  12. Rasid payments shall not be liable for any errors made by the user of the Payments Service when creating a payment transaction and specifying an incorrect unique reference number for the payee or incorrect bank details.

  13. The merchant acknowledges that he has full legal capacity to conclude and agree to this agreement and that he possesses all legal powers, and that he is committed to all laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  14. The merchant acknowledges that he has provided all correct required documents and information, and is committed to updating the data.

  15. The merchant is committed to ensuring that all activities provided by him are among the activities permitted to operate within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  16. The merchant undertakes that he will not use the account on behalf of any natural or legal person except under authorization.

  17. The merchant undertakes not to use the Jack Credit application in any fraudulent, irregular or illegal act in any direct or indirect manner.

  18. The merchant undertakes not to assign the tasks of receiving payments to a third party.

  19. The merchant is responsible for monitoring the accounts and their services and using them within the scope of the specified and authorized activity, and indemnifies and holds Rasid Payments Company harmless from any direct or indirect damages, or any losses, claims, or costs that it may incur due to any misuse by him.

  20. The merchant is obligated to monitor his employees during their implementation of operations and all responsibilities for the actions issued by them related to the implementation of the service.

  21. The merchant is obligated to monitor third parties dealing with him related to the implementation of the service.

  22. The merchant shall following the principles and guidelines for avoiding fraud and contributing to combating it.

  23. The merchant is responsible for providing smart devices that are compatible with the services provided.

  24. The merchant is not entitled to use modified smart devices that violate the device manufacturer's instructions to use the Rasid Jack application services, including disabling device controls.

  25. The merchant is not entitled to use the services of the "Rasid Jack" application in the following cases:

    • Transactions outside the merchant's business.

    • Use the application services in personal transactions of any sort.

    • Use the Application Services in transactions from a different facility.

    • Selling products that violate the rules of card systems, or are illegal, harm commercial transactions, or violate any moral or religious standards within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  26. The merchant is obligated to notify Rasid payments directly in the following cases:

    • Stopping the business or liquidating the company.

    • Change the trade name.

    • Change in the activity of the institution or company.

    • Changing the bank account of the company or institution.

    • Suspected fraud or hacking data.

    • Inability to pay any of his debts when due.

  27. The merchant must commitment and accept all the terms of this agreement and any changes or changes in the method of providing the service, and they shall be effective at that time.

  28. Acceptance of the terms and conditions constitutes express agreement to what is stated therein and enters into force.
